AGENIX Academy is operated by AGENIX Digital, Inc. ("AGENIX", "we", "us"), a company based in the Philippines. These terms are an agreement between you and AGENIX. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Who can use AGENIX Academy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your account and profile
When you join, we create a member profile for you, including a public handle. You choose whether your profile is public. A public profile, your Marketer's DNA, and any credentials you earn can be seen by anyone, including businesses looking to hire, and may appear in our public directory and in search engines. You can make your profile private at any time from your profile settings.
Keep your profile honest. Do not misrepresent your experience, claim credentials you did not earn, or impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Courses and credentials
Course access is currently free. Certifications are awarded based on our assessment criteria, and we may verify your work before issuing one. A credential reflects our assessment at the time it was issued; we may revoke a credential if it was obtained through fraud or if the assessment was made in error. We may add, change, or retire courses and certifications over time.
Hiring and referrals
Businesses can use the platform to find and contact members. We are not a party to any hiring arrangement between a member and a business, and we do not guarantee placements, offers, or outcomes. If you refer someone with your referral link, we may record that the referral came from you. Do not use referral links in spam or misleading ways.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to:
- post false, unlawful, harassing, or infringing content;
- scrape, harvest, or resell member data or directory listings;
- probe, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts;
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the platform.
Content you provide
You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your bio, case studies, and links. By posting it, you give us permission to host and display it as part of running the platform, including on your public profile and in the directory when you choose to be public. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts other members, businesses, or the platform at risk. When we suspend an account, we try to explain why. You can close your own account at any time from settings, and you can email us if you need help.
Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent allowed by Philippine law, AGENIX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Related data-protection matters are covered by our Privacy Policy.
